EXACT DIVISION – "Be Fair If You Can" (CD, Album)
Heavy/Thrash Metal band from Kyiv, Ukraine, "Be Fair If You Can" is Exact Division's full-length album released in 2017 via Nocturnus Records — the same Ukrainian label behind Tria Prima's recent output. The band built its reputation locally with the earlier EP "Dirt Jumper," whose title track resurfaces here in a re-recorded form, showing a group refining and expanding on their original sound.
Sound: classic-rooted Heavy Metal with a strong Thrash backbone — driving riffs, tight rhythm work and a no-frills, old-school metal attack that sits well alongside 80s/90s-influenced European heavy metal. Eleven tracks, no filler, running a lean and direct 43 minutes.
Notable cuts: "War" and "The Erlking" (a nod to Goethe's classic ballad, filtered through a metal lens) stand out as key tracks with their own official videos, alongside "The Deep," "Legend" and "Crusade" — all backed by a solid string of YouTube singles/videos supporting the release.
